Holland Hall provides a challenging and enriching experience for talented students, regardless of economic circumstances. Diverse perspectives and meaningful inquiry fuel academic excellence and promote personal growth. Enhancing current diversity in the student body will require additional financial aid and increased outreach programs to identify and build relationships with the best and the brightest students in the region. A strong endowment also helps attract and retain talented, dedicated teachers by providing professional development opportunities as well as the opportunity to become a recipient of a Master Teaching Chair. Investing in a well-trained, energized, and diverse faculty creates the soul of the education we provide to our students.

 

The Campaign seeks to grow the school’s endowment for the following purposes:

Student Scholarships and Financial Aid

A diverse student body is critical for a balanced education and develops understanding and compassion for others, which is essential in developing leadership skills and a well-rounded life.

 

Master Teacher Chair Endowment

A Master Teacher not only teaches students but also guides other teachers to be better at their craft. Endowed chairs help attract and retain top-notch teachers who are leaders in their field and provide daily inspiration and motivation to students and colleagues alike.

 

Professional Development Endowment

Teachers are the heart of Holland Hall School. They shape the lives of our students and fuel their growth and development each day. The lessons they teach extend beyond the classroom, helping us raise morally conscious leaders. Having permanent funds available that allow our teachers, leadership, and staff to attend inspiring and interactive programs ensures that our curriculum stays innovative and energized.
